Refund policy

Because every SteelStash money clip is personalized just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for spelling or layout errors in a design you approved.

Our 30-day guarantee: If your clip arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or edited within 12 hours of purchase, before engraving begins. After that, your clip is already in production.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
